All jewelry and products offered by House of Aurora™ are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, modify pricing, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Product images are provided for reference. Actual colors, stone appearance, metal tone, and proportions may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, natural material variation, and production differences.
4. Made-to-Order Items
Certain products, including solid gold jewelry, may be made to order.
Made-to-order timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, supplier timelines, inspections, holidays, shipping delays, or other factors outside our direct control.
Solid gold and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment methods made available at checkout through Shopify and approved payment providers.
Taxes, shipping charges, and any applicable fees are calculated at checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time without notice.
6. Order Review, Fraud Prevention & Cancellations
We reserve the right to review, hold, cancel, or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.
We may contact you to verify order details before fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free U.S. standard shipping on eligible orders.
International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped and are not guaranteed.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, House of Aurora™ is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other events outside our control.
8. International Orders, Duties & Customs
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Unless specifically shown as prepaid at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import laws and regulations. House of Aurora™ is not responsible for delays, fees, refused deliveries, or returned shipments caused by customs processing or unpaid import charges.
9. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Aurora pieces.
Eligible unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging.
Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Solid gold, made-to-order, custom, altered, engraved, or special-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other international fees are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by an error on our part.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@houseofaurora.com with your order number and clear photos.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
Failure to contact us within the stated timeframe may limit our ability to resolve the issue.
11. Account Information & Customer Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account.
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address, billing information, email address, and phone number are correct before submitting an order.
House of Aurora™ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
12. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or usage limits.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless otherwise stated.
