At House of Aurora™, each piece is handled with care and precision from our U.S. fulfillment studio.

We offer free U.S. standard shipping on every order — no minimums, no hidden fees.


Processing Time

In-stock items — Sterling Silver Collection
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Made-to-order items — Solid Gold Collection
All solid 14K gold designs are crafted to order by our production partners. Please allow 5–6 weeks for your piece to be completed, inspected, and shipped.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with real-time updates.

Please note: During new collection launches or peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend slightly.


U.S. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.


International Shipping

International shipping is now available to select countries.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by country and carrier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, or holidays.

At this time, international orders may not be eligible for free returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your label is created.

If your order is marked “Delivered” but has not been received, please check with your local carrier, delivery office, household members, or neighbors first.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, or expected delivery date, with your order number and photos if applicable.

We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

House of Aurora™ is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist with carrier claims or delivery issues.
