At House of Aurora™, every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our U.S. fulfillment studio.
If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, we’ll do our best to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, including box, cloth, and inserts
- Free from damage, residue, fragrance, scratches, or signs of wear
Final Sale Items
Please note:
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Solid gold jewelry is final sale because each piece is made to order.
- Custom, altered, engraved, or special-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
U.S. Returns
We offer free return shipping on eligible U.S. orders.
To start a return, email orders@houseofaurora.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your item qualifies, our team will send you a prepaid return label and return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or help with an exchange where applicable.
International Returns
International customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
At this time, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other international fees are non-refundable, unless required by law or caused by an error on our part.
International returns must be approved by House of Aurora™ before being shipped back. Please email orders@houseofaurora.com with your order number before sending anything.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as House of Aurora™ is not responsible for international return packages lost in transit.
Refunds
After your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform to finalize the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, length, or style, please start a return and place a new order.
We’ll refund your original purchase once the return is received, inspected, and approved.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any new shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or related import fees on the replacement order unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@houseofaurora.com with your order number and clear photos.
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, House of Aurora™ will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Items Marked Delivered
If your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, delivery office, household members, or neighbors first.
House of Aurora™ is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist with carrier claims or delivery issues.
